The company, well-known and respected in the masonry sector, long faced a recurring challenge: the time-consuming management of schedules, team organization, and site logistics.
Over the years, Gabriel realized that while technical skills are essential, managing human resources and scheduling was a real headache, often a source of stress and wasted time. He needed a simple, intuitive solution to make his daily work easier and improve efficiency.
